Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns

Please review our guidelines for CareyCreatives returns prior to taking action so we can best serve you in processing your request.


For Entire Return of  Multipack Jacket Purchase:


Return Window items can be returned within 30 days of purchase 

Condition of Returned Items All products in the multipack must be returned, UNUSED, in ORIGINAL CONDITION, in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING..  Our RMA# (see below) must be clearly printed on the outside shipping package. 

RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)  must be obtained prior to return by contacting us at 303.883.6425. Please specify the reason for the return.

Refunds items will be refunded with a 12% RESTOCKING FEE 

Processing Refunds are typically processed within 1 week and returned to the original payment method 

A 12% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied and issued to the original payment method used when you receive your RMA #.


Incorrect or Damaged item(s):


If the shipping container is damaged, please inspect all contents. If content is damaged, contact the shipper for further instructions regarding loss. We will be happy to work with you to get you replacement products, in the event the products were damaged in transit. 

Products received from originator are considered damaged due to improper construction.  We will replace with the same, or like fabric insert, and shipped within 1 week of request at no charge to you. 

You may also request a product refund for the cost of the individual item, rather than receiving a replacement. 

Some important notes:

  • Original shipping costs and import fees to your store are non-refundable
  • Each order is custom made. Returnable products fall into one of three categories: new and unused, defective due to shipment damage, or improperly made or unmatched fabric panels
  • Returnable products must be shipped in their original packaging


Returning from Europe or Australia

 If you’re based in Europe or Australia, the return process may be different based on your country. Details on this process are explained as you submit a return.


Shipping a return

To help us process your return:

  • Carefully inspect and package each return to prevent items from being damaged in transit.
  • Make sure the items you return are in the same, like-new condition that you received them.
  • Include the same items and quantities you indicated when submitting the return and receiving your RMA #
  • Print the RMA # on the outside of the shipping container.

If any items that you return are missing or in a condition that prevents us from selling them, you’ll be charged for those items. We’re unable to send back any damaged items that have been returned.
